Buterin Stresses Importance of Privacy in Ethereum

Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of Ethereum, has reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening the network's privacy protections.

In a recent statement on X (formerly Twitter), Buterin responded to a question from Georgios Konstantopoulos, Chief Technology Officer at Paradigm, about advances in privacy technology.

'Privacy only dies when we give up on it,' Buterin wrote.

This echoes his previous priorities for Ethereum's future roadmap, which include protection against quantum-computing attacks and native rollups.
