Bybit Galaxy Rewards Launches Amid Binance Dividend Payouts and Coinbase DEX Clarification
Three major crypto exchanges made significant announcements on July 27-28. Bybit launched its Galaxy Rewards program, which rewards users for participating in various activities across the exchange's products.
The loyalty program is called Bybit Galaxy and allows users to earn Galaxy Points, which can be redeemed for prizes or used to unlock exclusive benefits. The first campaign under this program, Galaxy Point Spotlight, has three steps: collecting points on various Bybit products, taking a screenshot of earned points, and posting the screenshot on X with the hashtag #BybitGalaxy.
Out of 100 participants selected at random, each will receive $5 in USDT. To be eligible for rewards, users must link their X account to their Bybit account. The campaign's end date has not been confirmed by Bybit.
Binance also made a notable announcement regarding its tokenized stock offerings. On July 28, the exchange credited dividend payouts to users' Spot Wallets who held Nokia bStock (NOKB) tokens before that date.
According to Binance, each user will receive $0.02 in dividends per share, credited as additional NOKB tokens. This move expands Binance's tokenized stock offerings with real dividend payouts, a feature previously only available to select investors.
