Bybit Launches Direct USD Deposit Support with OpenPayd Partnership
Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, has integrated USD deposit support via OpenPayd. This integration will provide eligible users with a streamlined way to fund their Bybit accounts in USD and access USD trading pairs without additional currency conversion.
The partnership between Bybit and OpenPayd enables the exchange to access global payment rails through virtual IBANs, including USD SWIFT with foreign exchange capabilities supported in one unified platform. This infrastructure supports both institutional settlement and retail deposits and withdrawals, giving Bybit a consistent and compliant way to collect, convert, and settle funds globally.
Victoria Kilikyan, Bybit's Deputy Head of Fiat, stated that 'fiat access remains a critical part of the crypto experience.' The integration with OpenPayd gives eligible users a more direct way to fund their Bybit accounts in USD and access global crypto liquidity while providing reliable infrastructure for both retail and institutional use.
