Bybit Wins Korean Police Agency Award for Cybercrime Cooperation
Bybit, the world's second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Korean National Police Agency (KNPA) for its contribution to cybercrime investigations and international law enforcement cooperation.
The recognition was presented at the 27th International Symposium on Cybercrime Response in Seoul on August 27-28, making Bybit the only cryptocurrency exchange to receive the award at the event.
Bybit was nominated for the recognition by the KNPA itself, underscoring the depth of cooperation between the exchange and South Korean law enforcement authorities.
Coco Heng, Head of Law Enforcement at Bybit, said 'Cybercrime does not stop at borders, and neither should the cooperation needed to fight it.'
