Canary Capital Sets 90% Staking Rate for Canary Staked SEI ETF
Canary Capital has made significant changes to its ETF 'Canary Staked SEI ETF'. The company announced on January 15th that approximately 90% of the cryptocurrency SEI will be allocated for staking. This is a change from the previous vague description stating 'a portion of the assets'.
The custody system has also been changed to sole custody by BitGo Trust Company, replacing previous custodians BitGo and Coinbase Custody.
The ETF is planned to be listed on the U.S. Cboe BZX exchange, but the ticker symbol has yet to be determined. The trading unit will be a 'basket' of 10,000 shares.
