Capital B Acquires 13 BTC for €0.97 Million, Boosts Total Holdings to 3,538

Capital B SA has completed its capital increase program, issuing 172,978 new ordinary shares at an average rounded subscription price of €5.68 per share.

The company used this funding to acquire 13 BTC for €0.97 million, bringing its total holdings to 3,538 BTC with a value of €310.6 million based on an average unitary acquisition cost of €87,805 per bitcoin.

Since the beginning of the year, Capital B has achieved a 'BTC Yield' of 2.20%, a 'BTC Gain' of 62.1 BTC, and a 'BTC € Gain' of €4.6 million.

The company's Chief Executive Officer carried out the capital increases under the 'ATM-type' capital increase program with TOBAM, waiving shareholders' preferential subscription rights in favor of the investors to whom the offer was addressed.
