Capital B Bolsters Treasury with €982k Share Sale
Capital B has added 13 Bitcoin to its strategic treasury after raising €982,872.69 through a share sale. The French company expanded its Bitcoin-per-share strategy by issuing 172,978 new ordinary shares at an average price of €5.68 each, which were subscribed by TOBAM's funds.
The transaction was completed on September 28 and was conducted under an ATM-style capital-increase agreement with TOBAM that was renewed on January 26, 2026. The new shares will be admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Paris, the company's sole custodian is Swissquote Bank Europe.
Capital B now holds a total of 3,538 BTC in its strategic treasury, which has an aggregate acquisition value of €310.6 million and an average cost of €87,805 per BTC as of September 28. The company aims to increase the amount of Bitcoin represented by each fully diluted share over time.
