Capital B Boosts Bitcoin Reserve to 3,538 Units with Additional Acquisitions
Capital B, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has increased its Bitcoin reserve by acquiring 13 additional BTC through a capital increase of €0.98 million. The company issued 172,978 new ordinary shares at an average price of €5.68 per share, resulting in the acquisition of 13 Bitcoins for approximately €0.97 million.
The company's total Bitcoin reserve now stands at 3,538 units, representing an acquisition value of €310.6 million based on an average price of €87,805 per BTC. Since the beginning of the year, Capital B has reported a 'BTC Yield' of 2.20%, a 'BTC Gain' of 62.1 Bitcoins, and a 'BTC € Gain' of €4.6 million.
The acquisition was executed by Swissquote Bank Europe SA, a crypto-asset service provider authorized under the MiCA regulation, which also ensures the custody of Bitcoins via the technological solution of the Swiss company Taurus.
