Capital B Boosts Bitcoin Treasury with $1.1 Million Share Offering

French financial firm Capital B raised $1.1 million through an equity offering on September 28, 2026, to purchase 13 additional Bitcoin.

The company issued 172,978 new ordinary shares at an average price of $6.45 per share, which will be admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Paris.

This move boosts the value of Capital B's Bitcoin treasury to approximately $294 million, although the firm's holdings are currently underwater due to a lower market price.
