Capital B Secures $24.5M to Boost Bitcoin Holdings to 3,415 BTC
Capital B, a French Bitcoin treasury company, has secured €21 million ($24.5 million) in funding through a private share placement to boost its Bitcoin holdings.
The funds will be used to acquire an additional 270 BTC, bringing the company's total reserves to 3,415 BTC.
Capital B revealed that it has already secured 2,145.8 million ordinary shares from investors participating in the placement, which is valued at €135.8 million ($158 million) if all warrants are exercised.
The placement was led by cypherpunk pioneer Adam Back and French asset management group TOBAM, signaling growing institutional interest in Bitcoin-focused financial products.
