Cardano ADA Token Falls Below Key Support
Cardano's ADA token has broken below a key cluster of technical support levels, falling 5% in the previous session to trade near $0.1900 on Wednesday.
The decline is accompanied by reduced demand for ADA, indicated by declining transaction activity, weaker network revenue, and falling futures open interest.
According to Messari data, Cardano's network processed only 14,536 transactions on Tuesday, down from 40,063 on August 21, representing a decline of approximately 64%.
This weakening activity may make it more difficult for Cardano to gain market share against competing layer-1 blockchains unless network activity recovers.
