Cardano Aims for $0.30 Breakout in October Rally
Cardano's price outlook for October is looking increasingly positive, as the cryptocurrency kicked off the month with a strong rebound. After spending most of the year under pressure, ADA has formed a series of higher lows and is now approaching the upper limit of a rising channel. This recovery is backed by improved on-chain activity, suggesting a solid foundation for the bullish trend.
The latest on-chain metrics support this optimistic view. Cardano’s active addresses have surged during the recent price rise, indicating growing network participation. Additionally, the 30-day MVRV ratio has moved into positive territory, showing that recent holders are enjoying unrealized gains. While this is a positive sign, it also raises the possibility of profit-taking as prices near key resistance levels.
Cardano’s ecosystem is also gaining momentum with the launch of RealFi on the mainnet on October 1. Development of Ouroboros Leios continues, aiming to enhance the network’s throughput and scalability. Furthermore, the Cardano Foundation’s partnership with Mastercard signals expanding payments and institutional ambitions.
Currently, ADA is trading around $0.27, $0.28, within a rising channel that could push it toward the $0.30 resistance level. A decisive break above $0.30 would confirm a broader trend reversal, potentially opening the door to further gains toward $0.35, $0.39. However, a failure to surpass this resistance could lead to further consolidation.
