Cardano Breaks 14-Month Drought with Daily Golden Cross
Cardano (ADA) has finally completed a daily golden cross after a 14-month wait. This bullish signal occurred when the 50-day moving average (MA) crossed above the 200-day MA on the daily chart. The last time a golden cross appeared on the daily chart was in August 2025, when ADA rallied to a high of $0.92. However, Cardano's price failed to sustain its momentum and faced increasing selling pressure in the following months.
Following the golden cross, Cardano's price has shown signs of recovery. This comes as the altcoin's fundamentals continue to improve, with two new Petrobras initiatives this week highlighting Cardano's potential in the aviation fuel and renewable diesel sectors. Additionally, Cardano is deepening its enterprise presence in Japan through a partnership with Pacific Meta.
The latest development comes as Cardano's network activity increases, with 43,181 transactions recorded on October 1, marking the busiest day in the past 7 days. The Dijkstra upgrade is also progressing, with the release of Cardano node 11.1.3 and the anticipation of the full Dijkstra feature set in node version 11.2.
