Cardano's founder Charles Hoskinson has responded to calls for the network to build a 'killer app' that attracts more users and liquidity. According to Hoskinson, several projects are already on the way to make the Cardano ecosystem more useful in the coming months.

Hoskinson pointed to RealFi, Pogen, and Midnight as key projects that could provide the necessary catalyst for crypto adoption and DeFi activity on the Cardano network. Despite ADA's recent rebound, with a 5% gain over the past 24 hours and a 19% increase over the week, the token remains about 70% below its level from last year.

Hoskinson's comments come as the crypto market continues to recover from a long decline. The current price of ADA is up from its recent lows, but it still has a long way to go before reaching its previous highs.
