Cardano May Rally to $2.9 as Analyst Sees Similarities with Historic Bull Market
Crypto analyst Javon Marks says Cardano may be repeating its historic bull market structure from 2020-2021, suggesting a potential rally to $2.9.
According to Marks' analysis, ADA is displaying similar price movements to the previous cycle, which saw it plummet after reaching $1.32 in 2018 before establishing a long-term bottom at around $0.02. The asset then traded sideways for an extended period before breaking out and entering a powerful bull market that lifted its price to an all-time high of $3.10 in September 2021.
Similarities between the two cycles include ADA's prolonged correction after peaking in 2021, followed by trading within a descending structure illustrated by a blue downward-sloping trendline on the chart. Marks believes Cardano has now reached the lower end of that multi-year trendline, mirroring the point where it completed its previous accumulation phase before launching its historic breakout.
Based on these similarities, Marks projects that Cardano could climb through multiple resistance levels before eventually reaching a price target of $2.90, representing a gain of roughly 1,490% from its current level of $0.1823. This move could unfold by early 2028 if ADA continues to mirror its previous market cycle.
