Cardano Must Finish What It Started to Unlock Next Growth Phase
Cardano's growth is contingent on completing critical roadmap and governance milestones, according to its founder Charles Hoskinson.
Hoskinson highlighted progress across the ecosystem, including the launch of RealFi and the potential of Bitcoin DeFi to bring substantial liquidity into Cardano. He noted that RealFi could attract billions of dollars in total value locked (TVL) over the coming years, while Bitcoin DeFi through Pogun has already secured $600 million in soft commitments.
However, Hoskinson emphasized the need for Cardano to 'finish what we started,' citing several priorities that would shape the network's next phase of growth. These include completing the Leios scalability upgrade and its associated hard fork, strengthening governance institutions, and improving their ability to adapt and operate independently.
