Cardano Predicted to Reach $0.31 by December 31, RealFi's Stablecoin Launch Contributing $0.02
A new AI-powered price prediction for Cardano (CRYPTO:ADA) suggests the cryptocurrency could reach $0.31 by December 31, representing a 26% increase from its current price. This estimate is based on the recent 25% gain and the launch of RealFi, a new stablecoin, which is expected to add $0.02 to the year-end target.
The prediction was made by Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, which takes into account the cryptocurrency's current market value and the number of coins in circulation. According to Claude, there's a 25% chance of ADA reaching $0.40 by the end of 2026, which would require funds to flow from Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) into smaller cryptocurrencies.
However, market commentator Lark Davis has expressed caution, noting that ADA has a 'cult following' strong enough to potentially push it back to $1, but attributing the chances of this happening by the end of 2027 at just 10%.
A key level to watch is $0.20, where ADA's recent rally began, and a significant drop below this level could erase the gains made in the past month and drive ADA towards $0.15 to $0.16 range.
