Cardano Price Breakout Challenged by Mixed October History
Cardano's nine-year development milestone has put its potential price breakout under scrutiny. Analyst Lana Valentis pointed to ADA closing above the key $0.24 weekly resistance area, a move that could lead to higher prices.
Valentis identified possible upside levels at $0.32, $0.50, $0.80, $1.20, and $3.10, which matches ADA's previous all-time high. The token would need a 1,117% rise from its current price to reach this level.
Cardano has made significant progress with 123.9 million transactions and 2,890 active stake pools. However, historical October data for ADA is mixed, with the token recording an average return of -0.65% and a median return of -6.95%. This suggests that past performance does not necessarily determine future results.
The recent Cardano adoption debate has raised questions about network growth and ADA's market performance. While network progress can be a positive indicator, it is just one factor among many that influences token prices. Adoption, usage, ecosystem activity, market demand, and wider crypto conditions will all play a role in determining ADA's direction.
