Cardano Price Plummets Below Key Support
Cardano's price has fallen below key technical support levels, raising concerns that it could drop another 15% from here. The token traded near $0.1900 on Wednesday after a 5% decline in the previous session.
The Cardano network processed only 14,536 transactions on Tuesday, down from 40,063 on August 21 - a decrease of approximately 64%. This reduced activity suggests weaker demand for blockspace and fewer users interacting with applications on the network.
Declining transaction fees and paid failure collateral also indicate lower organic demand for the token. The contraction may make it harder for Cardano to gain market share against competing layer-1 blockchains unless network activity recovers.
