Cardano Price Set to Rebound Amid Growing Stablecoin Liquidity
Cardano's (ADA) price has been in decline recently, but according to crypto analyst Crypto Feras, it could rebound if buyers defend a crucial support level. The token is currently trading at $0.1737 with a market capitalization of $6.35 billion and a 24-hour trading volume of $201.63 million.
The ADA price structure and network growth suggest that the price could bounce back, potentially reaching $0.21 if buyers successfully defend the key support level near $0.167. However, a breakdown below this level could lead to further decline, targeting $0.143 or even $0.125.
The rising stablecoin liquidity on Cardano, led by USDCx, is also contributing to the potential price rebound. The market capitalization of stablecoins on Cardano has surpassed $62.5 million, indicating growing demand and stronger on-chain liquidity. This could improve prospects for DeFi activity across the network.
