Cardano's ADA Price Tests Key Breakout Zone as $0.40 Target Looms
Cardano's ADA token has been on the move, recovering from its recent low of $0.14 and reaching as high as $0.25. Market veteran Dan Gambardello believes that if ADA can break above its current resistance structure, it could quickly reach $0.40.
Gambardello notes that ADA has formed higher lows since its recovery, showing stronger short-term momentum. However, the token still faces resistance from a longer-term moving average, making the next breakout zone crucial.
Cardano's market capitalization has increased to about $9.02 billion, with ADA gaining 5.63% in 24 hours. Gambardello, who previously reduced his Cardano position during the June 2026 governance crisis, still holds some ADA, but the size of his position remains unknown.
The next few days will be crucial for Cardano as it tests its recent resistance area and challenges higher levels. A confirmed break would place the $0.40 target back in focus.
