Cardano's ADA Warns of Potential Decline Amid Technical Red Flags
Cardano's ADA has flashed several warning signs that could impact its near-term price performance. Ali Charts, a leading cryptocurrency personality, pointed out three key indicators on ADA's technical chart that suggest a potential decline.
The number of whales holding between 1 million and 10 million ADA has decreased from 2,370 to 2,340, indicating that some large holders may be taking profits or redistributing their assets. This trend has added selling pressure to the market, triggering a death cross between Cardano's MVRV ratio and its 7-day simple moving average.
The Tom DeMark Sequential, a technical analysis indicator, has also flashed a sell signal on the daily chart, indicating a potential 1-4 candlestick pullback or the beginning of a new bearish trend. If these warning signs are confirmed, ADA could decline to its channel's mid-range support near $0.170, with a further breakdown potentially exposing the lower boundary around $0.144.
