Cardano's Dijkstra Era Sparks 19% ADA Surge
Cardano's recent surge has seen its native token ADA rise by more than 19% in just one week, fueled by the transition to the Dijkstra development era. This new roadmap allows for direct funding of core development from the community treasury, a first among blockchains.
The move has also expanded Cardano's ecosystem, connecting with Injective via The Inter-Blockchain Communication Protocol (IBC), currently on testnet. As a result, daily trading volume has jumped by 78%, reaching $747 million, while Total Value Locked (TVL) rose by 3% to $88 million.
Cardano's price broke above the crucial $0.20 resistance level, exposing potential targets at $0.24 and $0.30. However, failing to hold above this level may see ADA revert back to its previous range between $0.14 and $0.20.
