Cardano's Price Targets Critical Technical Area Amid Broader Market Volatility
Cardano's price has returned to an important technical area after another volatile week for the broader crypto market. The token is currently trading around $0.24, down roughly 6% following today's market correction.
Crypto Capital Venture has published a widely watched analysis arguing that Cardano may be approaching one of its most important technical moments in years. According to his thesis, Cardano has spent roughly five years trading through a prolonged bearish period, broadly reflecting the weakness altcoins have experienced against Bitcoin.
The analyst points to ADA's daily chart, where it has recovered from approximately $0.13 and formed higher highs and higher lows. However, ADA has now returned to an area that previously acted as consolidation before the May-June capitulation, making the current region an important resistance zone rather than confirmation that the longer decline has ended.
If Cardano can move beyond its current trading range, the analyst sees approximately $0.40 as the first major upside target. He notes that this region has repeatedly served as an important consolidation and resistance area during previous stages of Cardano's market cycle. However, clearing the 200-week moving average, which sits around $0.46-$0.47, would provide much stronger evidence that Cardano is leaving its long bear market behind.
