Cardano's Recovery Hinges on Solving DeFi Liquidity and Network Growth Issues
Cardano has managed to recover from its June low and is currently trading around $0.22 after falling near $0.13 toward the end of June.
The price has formed an ascending channel, indicating that buyers have returned at progressively higher prices, but a sustained rally would make Cardano's underlying activity harder to ignore.
One major concern for Cardano is its DeFi liquidity, which remains thin despite its market value. The amount deposited in its DeFi apps is much smaller than other networks, and the figures supplied show a large decline in dollar TVL from its late 2024 peak.
