Cardone Capital Doubles Down on Multifamily and Bitcoin Model
Grant Cardone's real estate investment firm, Cardone Capital, has significantly expanded its Bitcoin holdings by adding approximately 1,200 BTC to its private investment vehicles. This move is part of the company's strategy to pair income-producing apartment buildings with Bitcoin purchases using rental cash flow.
The company uses a dollar-cost averaging method to buy Bitcoin at regular intervals, which allows it to accumulate more assets without relying on repeated capital raises. Cardone Capital has been working towards its goal of holding 10,000 BTC across 10 specialized funds.
While some critics argue that combining real estate and Bitcoin is unnecessary, Grant Cardone believes the hybrid model offers flexibility and higher returns. He projects annual returns of 22% to 32% for these vehicles, although the figures are management forecasts rather than established long-term results.
