CBI Ditches CREATE Activity for Bitcoin Mining Focus
Crypto Blockchain Industries (CBI) has released its annual results for March 31, 2026, showing that it has prioritized Bitcoin mining and paused development of the CREATE activity.
The company's strategic decision to focus on Bitcoin mining is expected to improve its cash position without diluting its shareholder base. CBI aims to achieve operational balance and expand its server park by acquiring servers dedicated to artificial intelligence.
As a result of this decision, CBI has parted ways with the employees and consultants of the CREATE activity, reducing overhead costs to a minimum. The company's remuneration is now linked to performance, as are rents and interest payments on current accounts.
The annual results show that revenue decreased by 31% to €3,594 thousand compared to the previous year, mainly due to the pause in CREATE activities. Recurring operating income was €(3,718), impacted by asset impairments of €(17,608) thousand. Net income was €(21,696) thousand, down from €(7,663.5) thousand in the previous year.
The company is financed entirely by equity and current account advances from Ker Ventures, with no current financial debt. CBI's Non-Current Financial Debts amount to €6,989K, mainly composed of current accounts of Ker Ventures partners.
