CBI Shareholders Approve Resolutions Despite Uncertainty
Crypto Blockchain Industries (CBI) held its Combined General Meeting of Shareholders on September 24, 2026. The meeting was chaired by Frédéric Chesnais, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CBI.
The shareholders present or represented held 123,364,848 shares, which is 39.2% of the Company's share capital and voting rights. Frédéric Chesnais presented the highlights of the 2025-2026 financial year, the strategy developed by CBI, and the outlook for the company.
The resolutions adopted at the meeting include warnings about the significant uncertainties surrounding CBI's projects, their operating budget, and financing plan. Investors are reminded that past performance is not a guarantee of future performance and that crypto-assets involve risks related to volatility. CBI shares have a very high volatility, which may be unsuitable for investors who cannot bear the loss of their entire investment or large fluctuations in the value of their portfolio.
