Ceasefire Triggers Risk-On Market Rally as Bitcoin Surges Past $65K
A temporary ceasefire between the US and Iran has led to a risk-on market environment, pushing oil prices lower.
BTC has climbed back above $65,000 with its price rising about 1.2% over the past 24 hours.
Ethereum (ETH) increased by more than 3% to nearly $1,950, while other top ten tokens like Solana (SOL) and Ripple (XRP) recorded gains of 1% to 2% respectively.
Vikram Subburaj, CEO of India FIU-registered Giottus exchange, pointed out that prices are responding to macro developments, and Brent crude fell 4.7% to $92.19, easing some inflation concerns.
