Celsius v Chainalysis: Judge Trims Claims in Ongoing Fraud Row

A New York federal judge has significantly reduced the number of claims against blockchain analysis company Chainalysis Inc. brought by Celsius Network LLC's litigation agent.

The majority of the claims were dismissed, leaving only one claim intact in a fraud row involving Celsius and several other parties.

The ruling on September 30, 2026, comes after Celsius filed a lawsuit against Chainalysis, accusing it of providing 'false or misleading' information about its users to law enforcement agencies.
