CFTC Sends Crypto Rules to White House as Remittix Gains Traction
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has submitted a pre-rule notice on cryptocurrency markets to the White House, signaling that federal agencies are prepared to use existing authority. This move follows the CLARITY Act's failure to advance in the Senate.
The CFTC filing does not contain a completed rulebook and detailed proposals will be developed after public consultation. Regulatory progress can shift capital towards projects with identifiable products and transparent structures, such as Remittix, which is gaining momentum.
Remittix reports 83.23% of its token allocation sold, with the RTX token priced at $0.21 before reaching the next phase at $0.23. The project's official listing date will be announced after presale funding reaches $32 million.
