Chainlink and PEPE See Significant Net Outflows from Exchanges
Crypto market observers are taking note of significant on-chain activity in two lesser-known altcoins. Chainlink and PEPE have both seen notable net outflows from exchanges, according to data from analytics platform Santiment.
The largest daily LINK outflow since June 29th was recorded at approximately 1.26 million tokens, reducing the amount of LINK held on exchanges and potentially decreasing future selling pressure.
A much larger-scale movement was observed with PEPE, as a net outflow of 4.54 trillion tokens from exchanges in the last 24 hours marked the largest daily net outflow since November 14, 2024.
The decrease in supply on exchanges for both assets may be seen as a positive sign by some market participants, but it's essential to remember that this alone does not guarantee a price increase. Institutional usage and infrastructure developments are noteworthy for Chainlink, while the possible ETF decision and rotation in the memecoin market are being closely monitored for PEPE.
