Chainlink and Remittix Push Interoperability and Crypto-to-Fiat Conversions
Chainlink's CCIP 2.0 expands the cross-chain reach of the platform, allowing institutions to distribute tokenized assets across public and private blockchains. This move enables financial institutions to connect to Swift's blockchain ledger, demonstrating banks' growing interest in on-chain interoperability.
However, a retail or business user still requires a straightforward way to convert crypto to usable local money. This is where Remittix comes in, testing its PayFi app with the first 1,000 users. The app aims to accept supported crypto and send fiat through compatible banking routes, making it easier to turn digital assets into real-world value.
Chainlink's infrastructure provides the underlying technology for complex systems, while Remittix focuses on making the result feel like an ordinary payment. If customers can send, trade, hold, and earn in one wallet, the initial testing cohort could be the first step toward a broader crypto-finance destination.
