Hong Kong has partnered with Chainlink to develop a new tokenized securities framework. The framework, which utilizes Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) and Automated Compliance Engine (ACE), enables compliant issuance, settlement, and cross-chain movement of tokenized securities in line with existing regulations.

The partnership will make use of two major services from the Chainlink suite: CCIP and ACE. CCIP will help move assets securely across chains, while ACE will handle policy enforcement and identity checks. This combination will allow the framework to stay compliant while assets smoothly move between onchain and offchain environments.

FORMS HK CEO Alex Chan praised this partnership, noting that the new platform (TSF) will “establish the infrastructure needed to connect new technologies with regulated market operations.”
