Chainlink Price Dips After Hitting 2026 High Amid CCIP 2.0 Rally
The price of Chainlink (LINK) has been in focus recently after hitting a high for the year at $15.75, but it has since cooled off and is currently trading around $14.245.
This surge was driven by the rollout of CCIP 2.0, which allows apps to send messages and tokens between blockchains.
However, the price increase was short-lived, with LINK now sitting about 9.6% below its high, suggesting that early buyers took profits quickly.
The recent price action has led to a retest of an ascending trendline, which is currently holding.
According to technical analysis, if the trendline holds and a 4-hour close lands above $15.777, it could open the path to $21.500, while a break below $13.340 would point to $11.896 as the next support.
