Chainlink Price Rally Cools as Holders Take Profits and Institutions Adopt CCIP 2.0
Chainlink's recent price surge has cooled down slightly after it briefly pushed above $15 and then dropped to around $14.67, still nearly 35% higher over the past month.
Data from Santiment shows that some smaller holders are taking profits, with a drop in non-empty wallets to 912,020, but overall holder levels remain near yearly highs.
The launch of CCIP 2.0 has attracted major firms, including BitGo and Fidelity International, which are integrating the technology into their systems, and Coinbase and Wyoming expanding network usage in traditional finance.
Analyst Michaël van de Poppe believes that older cryptocurrencies like Chainlink could outperform their previous cycle results due to continued development and growth across the Chainlink ecosystem.
