Chainlink's Infrastructure Story Gains Momentum Amidst Growing Remittix Adoption
Chainlink's recent upgrade to its Cross-Contract Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) 2.0 has given the token a substantial infrastructure story as traditional finance tests how on-chain systems might fit into existing operations.
The upgrade, which was announced by Chainlink in September, helps banks and asset issuers distribute tokenized assets across chains, while its recent work with Swift focuses on connecting financial institutions to a blockchain ledger.
Remittix is also working towards the same goal from the customer's side. Its first 1,000 PayFi testers are trying out a service that sends supported crypto and delivers fiat through compatible bank accounts.
While Remittix has already processed millions in volume on its Markets trading platform, the key growth question is whether its combined ecosystem can expand beyond its initial test group.
