Chainlink's Rally Hinges on Breaking Key Supply Cluster

Chainlink's LINK token has surged 7.13% to $11.82 due to several major developments, including its partnership with Bottomline, a SWIFT services provider that enables over 600 banks to access blockchain settlement through Chainlink.

The Wyoming state has also added Chainlink's Proof of Reserve to its native FRNT stablecoin for real-time reserve and supply tracking, further contributing to LINK's gain in the last month.

However, despite a 45.78% increase over the past month, LINK needs to clear several hurdles to argue the case for a true rally. The token must break through the overhead horizontal supply cluster anchored at $12.7, which would open up a retest towards the $14.6 psychological pivot.

On the downside, if the local bottom of $7.2 fails to hold, a retest of the historical floor at $5.4 becomes probable. Other market influencers include the Middle East conflict and a possible delay in the Senate's vote on the CLARITY Act, as well as persistent inflation above 2%.
