Eight major Chinese financial institutions have announced plans to raise approximately 360 billion yuan in total through capital increases, with some issuing A-shares to the Ministry of Finance and others receiving injections from the government. ICBC and ABC plan to issue A-shares to raise up to 100 billion yuan and 160 billion yuan respectively.

The Ministry of Finance will inject funds into China Export-Import Bank and China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, among other institutions. PICC plans to issue A-shares for up to 15 billion yuan. Meanwhile, Offchain Labs co-founder Steven Goldfeder clarified that only 7.7% of the total ARB token supply remains locked, with the rest held in the Arbitrum DAO treasury.

Pons and Fomo Protocol have surpassed Hyperliquid in terms of revenue over the past 24 hours, while several tokens including APT, LINEA, CHEEL, and PEAQ are set to experience significant unlocks next week. The Solana co-founder Toly has responded to Arbitrum's co-founder Steven Goldfeder, arguing that a single sequencer model is more costly.
