ChronoScale Surpasses $1 Billion Revenue Target with New AI Infrastructure Deals
ChronoScale Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: CHRN) has reached a significant milestone in its growth trajectory. The company's total contracted run-rate revenue has surpassed $1 billion, driven by new AI infrastructure deals and an existing contract with Together AI.
The Dallas-based firm has also set a goal of achieving $1 billion in revenue by Q3 2027. To achieve this target, ChronoScale will need to deliver on its commitments, particularly the large-scale capacity deployment for Microsoft, which is expected to be completed by Q1 2027.
ChronoScale was formed in May 2026 through a merger of Applied Digital's cloud business with Ekso Bionics Holdings. The company has undergone significant leadership changes, with Cenly Chen taking on the role of CEO and Raj Jegannathan and Lawrence Lam joining as chief technology officer and chief product officer, respectively.
The Microsoft deployment is a crucial milestone for ChronoScale, demonstrating its ability to deliver large-scale capacity on schedule. However, investors will be watching how the company funds its expansion, particularly with a net loss of approximately $50.3 million reported in the previous fiscal year.
