Circle's Q2 revenue rose to $701M, up 7% year-over-year, but fell short of analyst estimates. The company renewed its USDC distribution agreement with Coinbase on unchanged terms.

The deal keeps USDC integrated across Coinbase's existing product suite. Circle continues to pursue separate distribution partnerships with other strategic partners.

Circle CFO Jeremy Fox-Geen said the company has no plans to introduce quarterly dividends, citing a preference for reinvesting capital to generate stronger long-term shareholder returns.
