Circle Shares Rise Despite Missing Q2 Revenue Estimates
Circle Internet Group (CRCL) shares rose in pre-market trading despite missing Wall Street estimates for Q2 revenue, which came in at $701 million, up 7% year-over-year but below the consensus of roughly $744 million.
The company's reserve income rose 5% to $668 million, driven by a 25% increase in USDC in circulation. On-chain USDC transaction volume surged 151% to $14.8 trillion, with annualized transaction volume reaching $14.7 billion.
Circle raised its full-year 2026 guidance for other revenue to $310-330 million and lifted its RLDC margin outlook, increases tied in part to recognized ARC Token presale revenue.
