Circle Unveils Live Arc Mainnet for Enhanced Onchain Finance

Circle has launched Arc, an economic infrastructure for onchain finance, marking a major milestone in the development of Web3.

Arc's mainnet is now live, offering several key features that aim to enhance financial transactions and services. One notable aspect is USDC as native gas, which enables seamless and efficient transactions.

The platform also boasts sub-second finality, ensuring that transactions are confirmed quickly and reliably. Additionally, Arc is EVM compatible, allowing developers to build on the platform using existing tools and frameworks.

The launch of Arc has already attracted 190+ builders who are working across various areas such as payments, trading, lending, FX, and tokenized assets.
