Circle's Former Comms Chief Joins Stablecoin Payment Blockchain Tempo
Rachel Busch, former Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at Circle, has left her position to join Tempo, a stablecoin payment blockchain. She will oversee communications for the company.
In her previous role at Circle, Busch helped tell the story of USDC and the internet financial system.
Tempo is a high-performance Layer1 blockchain developed in collaboration with Stripe and Paradigm, targeting payment scenarios and supporting mainstream stablecoins. Its mainnet was launched in March 2026, following a $500 million Series A round in October 2025 that valued the company at $5 billion.
