Clarity Act Revival Hopes Rekindled Amid Senate Procedural Vote
Despite recent hurdles, the Clarity Act, a U.S. crypto market structure bill, may still make it to the Senate floor. Galaxy Digital CEO Michael Novogratz said on X (formerly Twitter) that 'Clarity isn't dead' and negotiations continue over the weekend.
The biggest obstacle remains language related to government ethics, which Novogratz believes needs to be resolved for the bill to pass.
A key Senate procedural vote is scheduled for September 15, but even if it clears this hurdle, further adjustments may be made in follow-up review.
