Claude AI Predicts Bitcoin Could Surge to $175,000 by Late 2026
Anthropic’s Claude AI has predicted that Bitcoin (BTC) could reach $175,000 by the end of Q4 2026 if a full-blown crypto bull market returns. The AI’s bullish range extends from $135,000 to $175,000, with a potential euphoric surge taking BTC to $200,000 or higher. Currently trading around $77,500, this would represent a roughly 100% increase from its current price. Claude AI’s prediction aligns with Bitcoin’s historical performance, which has already demonstrated the ability to achieve six-figure prices, including an all-time high of approximately $126,200 in October 2025.
Technical analysis supports the possibility of such a price surge. Bitcoin has recently rebounded from around $60,000 to above $70,000, breaking above several key moving averages. The immediate resistance level to watch is $87,000, a breakout above which could open the way toward $90,000 and eventually $150,000, $175,000. Current technical indicators, such as the RSI, suggest the market isn’t yet overbought, leaving room for further upward momentum.
Historical data also lends credibility to the $175,000 target. Past Bitcoin bull markets have seen significant gains, such as a 154% increase in 2023 and a 110% gain in 2024. While the current cycle is more mature, a 95% increase from the current price would still be relatively modest compared to previous cycles. The timing of cycle peaks, typically occurring 12 to 18 months after halvings, further supports the potential for a late-cycle expansion into 2026.
In addition to Bitcoin’s price prediction, the article highlights Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER), a Bitcoin Layer 2 project that has raised over $33.1 million in its presale. HYPER aims to offer faster execution speeds than Solana while settling transactions on Bitcoin’s base layer, making it an attractive option for early movers in the current market.
