CleanCore Abandons Dogecoin Holdings, Pivots to $500M AI Venture
CleanCore Solutions, a Nebraska-based company, has ended its brief experiment as a corporate Dogecoin treasury by selling off its entire holding of approximately 463 million DOGE for $33.4 million.
This move marks a significant shift in the company's focus, as it now commits up to $500 million to a Minnesota-based AI joint venture, prioritizing artificial intelligence infrastructure over cryptocurrency investments.
To fund this pivot, CleanCore raised $100 million through a stock offering, which resulted in shares being diluted by 121.9%.
