CleanCore Ditches DOGE Treasury for AI-Powered Data Centers
CleanCore Solutions has ended its corporate Dogecoin treasury strategy by selling 463 million DOGE for approximately $33.4 million on July 20.
The company will redirect this capital toward its growing U.S. data center pipeline, which includes projects in Texas and Minnesota.
In Minnesota, CleanCore has a 10-year colocation agreement with Cerebras Systems, an AI computing company known for wafer-scale accelerator technology, valued at approximately $800 million with potential renewal options pushing total value above $3 billion.
CleanCore also raised $100 million through a public offering of common stock and warrants, increasing shares outstanding to about 502.1 million.
