CleanCore Plunges into Multi-Billion Dollar AI Deal with Cerebras
CleanCore Solutions, a company that specializes in cleaning products and has a significant stash of Dogecoin, has made a bold move by committing up to $500 million to an AI mega-deal with Cerebras. The estimated contract value over the initial 10-year term is $800 million, with two optional renewals potentially taking the total value above $3 billion.
The company's Minnesota data-center venture has already energized about 20 MW of utility power to support an initial 15 MW of critical IT load. CleanCore holds 79% of the joint venture and has scheduled a $40 million initial contribution, with up to $15 million more available within four business days.
The deal comes as CleanCore is also working on another AI development project in West Texas, which contemplates aggregate commitments of up to $2 billion. However, the company's funding routes carry risks of dilution for shareholders and its joint-venture position.
