CleanCore Solutions, a cleaning-products company that holds a significant stash of Dogecoin, has made a massive commitment to an AI mega-deal. The company announced a Minnesota data-center venture with Cerebras, an AI-compute company, which is estimated to be worth $800 million in contract value over the initial term.

The deal includes a 10-year colocation agreement and up to $500 million in commitments from CleanCore. This significant investment comes despite the company's relatively small cash reserves of just $4.1 million as of March 31, according to its latest disclosed balance sheet.

CleanCore has outlined various routes to capital, including a June prospectus that authorized up to $750 million in common-stock sales through an at-the-market facility, which is intended for AI infrastructure development among other uses.
